’మార్నింగ్ షోస్ ద డే’
అన్నవాడు ఎవడోగాని
మా పిల్లల గురించే అనివుంటాడు.


నాలుగొందల పావరాలు లైనులో నిలబడి
’నవోదయ గీతం’ ఆలపిస్తుంటే
గగనతలం నుదుటిమీద సూర్యాక్షరాలు
భారత భాగ్యోదయాన్ని ప్రకటిస్తాయి.


వేదికమీద హార్మోనియం తబలా కాంగో పియానో
మా బాలల మినివేళ్ళతాకిడికి పరవశించి
స్వరనాట్య విన్యాసం చేస్తుంటే
జలపాతాలు ఒక కొత్త సంగీతాన్ని కలలు గంటాయి.

యూనిఫాం వేసుకున్న పూలమొక్కలు
ముక్త కంఠంతో ప్రతిజ్ఞ పలుకుతుంటే
ఆకాశంలో మబ్బులు కాసేపు ఆగి
తన్మయత్వంతో మా బడిని తడిపిపోతాయి.

నాలుగొదల చంద్రవంకలు
నవ్యంగా శ్రావ్యంగా
జాతీయ సమైక్యతా గీతాలాపన చేస్తోంటే
నెత్తుటి మరకలతో నిండిన
చరిత్ర పుస్తకాల్లో
మానవత్వపు పేజీలు కొన్ని మారాకుతొడుగుతాయి.

చిలకలు వార్తలు చదవడం
వెన్నెల తునకలు జనగణమన పాడడం
పిల్లనదులు ఉపన్యాసాలివ్వడం
ఎవరికైనా చోద్యంగా అనిపిస్తే
మా స్కూలుకొచ్చి చూడొచ్చు.

మా బాలయోధులు మార్చింగు చేసినప్పుడు
చూస్తే మరి
గద్దల్లాంటి పెద్దల గుండెల్లో పిడుగుల జడి.

Sunday Homework

Home work spoils the spirit of every Sunday!
For most of us it is not a fun day!

My mother is after me to do the work
But my heart is after “Cartoon Network”

I want to watch TV at least for an hour
With home work it can happen never

What is Sunday without any game
I can’t play when my friends not came

I should finish my home work today
For, I’ve to submit it on the next day

Home work is a pain in the week end
O God! When will this come to an end?

THE CODE OF STUDENT

Discipline and behaviour and etiquette deserve special attention. The student should be perfectly punctual to the class. As a matte of fact, punctuality is the corner stone of discipline. He should serve his teacher, not because of official compulsion but out of heartful sincerity and profound respect for the preceptor. He is expected to mingle with his teacher, understand his intention and adjust himself to the temperament of the teacher.
